Our Production Lines
Within our factory premises, a comprehensive total of 8 distinct production lines are utilized, all incorporating state-of-the-art technology. The merchandise fabricated at our Akhisar Cam facility is securely packaged utilizing specialized paper materials and then enclosed within metal or wooden crates, ensuring safe and reliable shipping.
Cutting Line
Through the utilization of our cutting line equipped with diamond-tipped tools, we are adept at precision cutting of all types of glass, tailored to your specifications in terms of thickness, dimensions, and contour.
Grinding Line
In this phase, we execute calendering followed by drying procedures, aiming to prevent any risk of sharp edges or corners causing harm or lacerations. The calendering process, characterized by both 90˚ and 45˚ inclines, is termed as flat lapping, while the curved calendering process is referred to as C lapping. For cabin windows, the preference lies in employing flat lapping techniques.
Hole Drilling Line
This involves the procedure of employing a standard countersink to bore holes in the glass, following the designated diameter and coordinates. Within our facility, the drilling operation is automated through computerized CNC machines, offering an error margin of ±0.2 mm.
Tempering Line
This encompasses both the heating and cooling phases on a horizontal line, which imbue the outer surfaces of the glass with compressive stress while inducing indirect tensile stress at the center. This process enhances the glass's longevity and augments its capacity to withstand thermal strains. Importantly, it maintains the volume, chemical structure, color, and clarity of the products unaffected.
Clean Room and Film
This process involves applying a 100-micron thick transparent or colored film to tempered glass. It is an immensely beneficial operation for our company. We have begun expanding our ambitions by gaining approvals from industry-leading enterprises. Through the utilization of specialized filters, we ensure the prevention of external dust infiltration, thereby establishing a dust-free environment within a CLEAN ROOM setting.
CNC Line
CNC machining involves the shaping of the glass edge or surface according to project specifications, desired patterns, or shapes using computer-controlled machinery. This process accommodates non-standard edge shapes, selective material removals, and intricate cuts.
The water jet, functioning with CNC precision for drilling and cutting, has evolved into an essential production tool across industries, decoration, and diverse designs. The cutting procedure employs pressurized water at 3200 bars along with a unique sand mixture. Notably, post-process grinding becomes unnecessary.

Delme ve kesme işlemlerini CNC hassasiyeti ile gerçekleştiren su jeti
özellikle endüstrinin, dekorasyonun ve her türlü tasarımın vazgeçilmez üretim
aracı haline gelmiştir. Kesim işlemi 3200 bar basınçlı su ve özel kum karışımı ile
yapılmaktadır. İşlem sonrası rodaj işlemine gerek yoktur.
